How to register to the International Alumni Meeting?
Please register at your earliest convenience, but not later than 15th July, 2016. To register, we kindly ask you to follow two easy steps:
1.) Registration to the website
Please prepare the registration code which was sent you with the invitation letter via e-mail and go to http://alumnihungary.hu, the official website of the International Alumni Meeting. Click “Registration” at the upper right corner of the screen.
Here we kindly ask you to provide
- - your e-mail address,
- - a chosen password and
- - the registration code which was sent you with the invitation letter via e-mail.
Copy the capcha (the letters and numbers shown to you) in the box provided and press the green “Registration” button at the bottom of the screen.
At this point, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with an activation link to the email address provided. Check your mailbox, and click the link to approve your registration to the website.
As a registered user, later you will be able to access some special features and services, so make sure you remember the email address and password provided!
2.) Registration to participate at the International Alumni Meeting
You can now log on to the website by entering your email address and your chosen password to the “Login” column on the right of the screen. Copy the capcha (the letters and numbers shown to you) in the box provided and press the green “Login” button.
After logging in, please complete the registration form to confirm your participation at the International Alumni Meeting. Fields marked with an asteriks (*) are mandatory.
In addition to your personal data you will be able to provide specific information regarding your travel and accommodation preferences.
