Mr. Kłoczko born in 1951 in Augustów, Poland. In 1976 finished his study with Master Degree on the Electronics Faculty of the Technical University in Budapest and in 1979 Warsaw School of Economics. 1976-90 has been working in electronic industry in Poland. Member of Parliament of Poland (1991-1993). Member of many advisory bodies to the Polish government and many business organizations in Poland and abroad. Since 1990 General Director and Vicepresident of the Polish Chamber of Commerce.

Awarded with the Commandor, Officer and the Chevalier Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta, Great Order of Merit of the Gedymin Count of the Republic of Lithuania, the Order of Merit of the Hungarian Republic and the Great Order of Merit of the Republic of Estonia.
