Deputy State Secretary for International Affairs, Ministry of Agriculture
Ms. Tóth started her carrier at the Ministry of Rural Development of Hungary in 2010. During her career, she was responsible among others for the tasks deriving from the Hungarian Presidency of the Central European Initiative, V4 issues, EU Danube Macroregional Strategy, cooperation in the Carpathian Basin, Global Forum and Expo on Family Farming, rural development strategic issues, development of the common Carpathian basin agro-economic strategy, networking with NGOs and social institutions. In June 2014 she became the Deputy Secretary of State for International Relations at the Ministry of Agriculture of Hungary. She supervises the cooperation with FAO, with EU including projects for international development, represents the ministry in the Inter-ministerial Committee for EU Coordination, and coordinates and supervises the Agricultural and Environmental Attaché network. She is actively involved in the economic joint committees and agricultural and environmental working groups, holds co-presidency in the bilateral agricultural working groups with Azerbaijan, Serbia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kirgizstan. In 2014 she was awarded the Pro Bioculture award by the Hungarian Bioculture Association for her years of work in the field of ecological farming development.
