Professor and Researcher of the Instituto Tecnologico de Costa Rica

Mr. Mora Molina is Professor and Researcher of the Instituto Tecnologico de Costa Rica. He obtained his Doctorate in Food Sciences with emphasis in the application of the technology of membranes in the treatment of residual waters at the University of Budapest in Economic Sciences in 2004. Between 2016 and 2017 he participated in the Research Programme “Tendencies, risk and impacts associated with the cultivation of oil palm in the South Pacific, as an input for the prevention of practices and politics that promote a sustainable and secure production in Costa Rica”.
